I upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10 and now my What You Own software does not work. Has anyone else had this problem and how can I resolve it?

The official website has been updated and now it displays the following text: "Available for: Windows 10 and MAC OS X". The latest version is 4.20. You will need to upgrade to this one to have Windows 10 compatibility. Access the official website to download the application. It's recommended to back up the data from the old software to install the new one.
My inventory is complete and I saved it to a flash drive in order to have a backup in case that my PC is destroyed in a fire. When I try to view the file on the flash drive I can't get it to open. I can't view the file if I lost the computer together with the software in a fire. Can you help?

Firstly, in order to open the file, you need to install WYO Home Inventory on the new machine. Once you install it, double-click the .xii file and it should automatically open. If not, right-click on it, select Open it and press Choose default program. Use the Browse option to select WYO Home Inventory, check Always use the selected program to open this kind of file and click OK.
Wonderfully intuitive and easy-to-use program, except when it comes to printing 83 pages on a 1000 sq ft house?! More than 1/2 of the information I did not want and 1/2 of each page is blank. Way too much paper, way too much ink, and I can't change landscape, delete fields, something, anything? Plus, every time I upload a picture it comes out sideways on your program. I see no way to fix this. I did pay for the program, not just using the free version, and not happy with the total lack of versatility in the printing, end product.
Please let me know if I am missing something and how to fix this. For example, If I don't want a replacement cost, only purchase cost, how can I delete the replacement cost field?

Since the program is still available for downloading and purchasing, I recommend using their official website to get in touch with the developers. It seems you are having serious issues with the application. The support page provides a contact form you can use to send issues to the developer.
Secondly, use the user guide to read how to work with the software because it's also possible you are missing something on the software's interface.
The account details and whether you need to repurchase the software depend on the specific terms and policies of the program and the platform where it was purchased. It is recommended to contact the customer support of the "WYO Home Inventory" program to inquire about your account and potential options for accessing or repurchasing the software.
